New Chapter
25th May 2026
After nearly 5 amazing years at the shop, it’s time for something new
To say the least, I’ve loved having the shop over the past 5 years, but running a business of that size hasn’t been without its challenges.
From 1st September, I’ll be based at Pawfect Companions in Charlton Village
I’ll still be running my business as normal, just moving into a lovely new space and working 1-1 going forward.
It’s such a beautiful, welcoming place and I honestly can’t wait to be working from there
As I’ll be going from a team of three down to just myself, appointments will be more limited, so please make sure you’re booking well in advance to avoid missing out.
If you already have appointments booked, don’t worry, you’ve been contacted and everything has been moved into my new diary

The Team Enters Super Groom
12th April 2026
This weekend the whole team packed their grooming kits and headed on down to Wincanton where they spent the night at a hotel getting their dogs washed and prepped for the big day ahead.
Ella entered Beginners with her dog Ralph, it was her first time competing and she absolutely smashed it and came away with a first place !
Taylor entered crossbreed workshop open with Luna the Cockapoo, it was her first time ever grooming her and although she didn't place she got some amazing feedback from the judges and did a beautiful job.
Katie entered workshop open with Coco and came away with a 1st place and her second Golden Scissor Award.
The Big Spring Groom Out!
11th April 2026
Over the past few weeks Taylor has been working hard behind the scenes getting pics and entering The Big Spring Groom Out.
She entered Riley the Westie in OAP and came away with a 4th Place and Sadie the German Shepherd X Malamute in Blow out and came away with 2nd place.
The whole team are so prod of her acheivments and can't wait for the next competition.
The Team Hosts A Seminar
25th January 2026
We had an amazing day hosting groomers from all around, learning the art of teddy trims with Katie and the adorable pup, Coco. Everyone enjoyed the hands-on experience and the wealth of knowledge shared. We can’t wait to host another one soon!
The Grooming Show 2026
18th January 2026
This weekend Katie was back in the ring with her competition companion Pierre. She entered two classes this time and managed to bag 2nd place in them both! One in Asian Open and the second in a doubles class.
Well done Katie!
A VERY SAD GOODBYE
6th January 2026
We are heartbroken to share the passing of our dear Honey-Bee, Taylor’s beloved family pet, who was 12 years old. Honey-Bee was more than just a pet – she was family, a constant companion, and a huge part of the journey that led to the opening of Taylor’s Trims.
Her love, loyalty, and presence played a special role in inspiring the business we are so proud of today, and for that we will always be grateful to her. Honey-Bee will be deeply missed by Taylor and everyone who knew her, and she will forever hold a very special place in our hearts.

THE TEAM ENJOYS THEIR CHRISTMAS PARTY

This weekend, the team swapped their grooming tunics for festive dresses and danced the night away at Windsor Racecourse. It was a wonderful Christmas party, and everyone’s partners and families joined in the celebration. Now we’re all geared up and ready for the festive rush ahead.
The Team Enters A Competition

The team was up early this weekend supporting Katie in her competition, we are so pleased to announce that she placed 3rd in a huge class of 22 competitors.
She was also awarded ASIAN FUSIAN STYIST OF THE YEAR 2025 at the Groomphoria choice awards.
The Team Gets Spooky

Every year at Taylor’s Trims, we transform our salon into a Halloween haven. It’s a beloved tradition where we decorate the space, dress up in fun costumes, and invite our local neighborhood kids to join us for trick-or-treating. It’s a heartwarming experience that brings our community together and adds a bit of magic to the season!

Our team took to the treetops this week for an unforgettable day at Go Ape! 🌲💪
