What's the difference between the award, certificate ,diploma and fast track diploma?
The award is a five-day introductory course focused on core grooming techniques—perfect if you’re just starting out. The certificate is a more in-depth, 15-day practical course that builds on the basics and develops your skills further. The diploma is the full Level 3 qualification—a 30-day comprehensive course covering everything from clipping to business management. The fast track diploma is tailored for experienced groomers—it’s a flexible, self-paced route but still provides that full qualification.
Do I need Prior grooming experience?
No, for the award, certificate, and diploma, you don’t need any prior experience. The fast track diploma is the exception—you must have significant grooming experience before starting.
How long does each course take?
The award takes five days, the certificate takes 15 days, and the diploma takes 30 days. You can spread them out if needed—just keep a minimum of three days a week to stay consistent.
